By booking services with Back Country Cleaning, you agree to the following:

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the property's condition differs significantly from the information provided when booking.

• Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property.

• Back Country Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

• If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address any missed areas.

• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe.
